An Unidentified Badge Hold surrounded by beautifully executed enameledThree piece construction, insignia in bronze gilt with red and blue enamels, with an open ended wreath of laurel leaves in bronze gilt with green enamels place below the insignia, both pieces mounted to a bronze gilt base exhibiting emanating rays, maker marked "RANDAL RIO" on the reverse, measuring 47. 7 mm (w) x 44. 8 mm (h), dual push pin points, intact enamels, the twin prongs securing the wreath in place on the right side have broken off which
