The vineyards are located at an altitude of 250 metres and has a southern exposure. The soil consists of clay and calcareous marl. The vines are on average 50 years old. VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes about 3 weeks. The wine then matures 24 months in oak barrels. GRAPES: Nebbiolo (95%), Barbera (5%) SMELL & TASTE: The most powerful and special wine of all
