Constructed of a non magnetic metal, consisting of a Cross Patte with a blackened core within a ribbed silver frame, the obverse with a central mobile swastika, the six oclock arm with a reinstitution date of 1939, the reverse with a block hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked but with the frame demonstrating the characteristics of manufacture
