3 x 3 cm patch of tape adhesive staining on the back of the top edge (left) the adhesive has bled through to the front and has also created four additional very faint stains evenly spaced along the top (due to the surfaces touching whilst stored folded for many years and the adhesive staining through)

two additional horizontal fold lines near the top
