A matching pair of Generalarzt shoulder boards, the obverse with dual strands of bullion tresses oriented in a U shape with a black embroidered band separating the two, and with dual blue embroidered bands at the base, both shoulder boards with a gilded caduceus, the underside with dark blue doeskin with a loop for fastening the boards to the uniform, one of the boards with a period original paper tag attached, measuring
