The winery has been certified organic since 2022. Starting with an oceanic inspired, blue green mineral tone in the nose followed by hints of green plums and a hint of waxy fruits. The palate is dry, and while if not as chalky as a Sancerre, offers plenty of textural richness. This heartier version of Loire Sauvignon Blanc
