IGT Veneto Bianco "Sisàra" 2022 - Le Pignole Toscana with a fresh and dynamic100% Garganega in its freshest and most immediate version. Sisra is Le Pignole's everyday white but "everyday" here still means quality raw materials, manual harvesting in crates in the second week of October from calcareous clay soil with volcanic and basaltic outcrops. Whole grape pressing, static decantation at 5 6C for 5 days, fermentation in steel for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 16C. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months.
