Cypripedium Chauncey Epimedium Marks' has been winter hardyCypripedium 'Chauncey' is a rarely offered 1993 Carson Whitlow cross of the North American native Cypripedium parviflorum var. parviflorum and Taiwanese Cypripedium segawae. Cypripedium 'Chauncey' produces 15" tall stalks of small yellow flowers, each flecked in wine red. Each flower is also backed with three very long, twisted, dark purple sepals.
