Water based hydrocarbon resin curing compound to facilitate the retention of moisture during the 28 day curing period of concrete. The resulting film will oxidize and break down with prolonged exposure to UV radiation over 12 weeks, after which toppings may be applied if the resin has sufficiently degraded.
