PAIR vintage LONG French BURGUNDY DRAPE cotton curtains STRIPES BACKED c1950 HOME Condition : très bon étatBonjour here are a lovely pair of long pair of Chteau curtains from the Pays Basque. A part of France with a great tradition of cotton textile woven with stripes. These curtains have a wonderful hand, are nicely machine built with a small metal ring hand sewed on the lining. The red tones are still bright even if some extremities may have faded due to the sun exposure. The lining was meant to bring warmth to the high ceiling rooms of the castle. Good
