With a bright straw yellow color, it has notes of orange blossom, peach, and jasmine, and a taste that is intensely aromatic with lively freshness. Ideal with all fish based dishes, particularly crudits or shellfish. Alcohol by volume is 12. 5%. Serve at 10 12C. The wine is made from 80% Catarratto and 20% Zibibbo grapes, produced in the Etna DOP region.
