Vintage Tin Litho Noisemakers mop_opera_glass circa 1980s-1990sThese are fab vintage tin litho Noise Makers by US Metal Toy Manufacturing Company. Flamenco dancing couple and party guests are on the base of this pair of noise makers. The graphics indicate circa 1920s or 1930s. This vintage party favor was a standard at New Year's Eve Parties and quickly became popular at dances and parties. The noisemakers features a red painted wood handle and is in good vintage condition with a few indentations and minimal rust
