Chateau Mukhrani Rkastieli - 2019 (750ml) Colombard Merlot (25%)Made at one of the oldest wineries in the modern era, Chateau Mukhrani, this is a blend of Rkatsiteli 70% and Goruli mtsvane 30%. This shows superb texture with the barest hint of vanilla from a brief sojourn through barrel after fermentation and aging in classic eartheware qvevri. Fine and elegant attack on sweet ripe fruits: stone fruit, apricot, peach, pear lemon blended with floral and herbal notes, slight spicy honey. In harmony with each other.
