Nepenthes izumiae is one of our favorite species

This is one of the most interesting crosses made in recent years

They are the most vigorous clones selected from the BE-3092 and BE-3874 batches

We’ve found Cephalotus best grown with day temps between 65-85 degrees and a night time temperature drop (45-60)

Perhaps its the fact that glandulifera is so isolated in its habitat on Bukit Batu (to our knowledge Chien Lee has been the only intrepid soul brave enough to climb up the intimidating rock face where this species was discovered). We have found this plant to be incredibly vigorous under intermediate and highland conditions.
