in my opinion it would look fantastic framed

mild edge wear along the top edge including a little paper separation to the tip

two 2 cm tears along with approximately 10 smaller tears on the bottom edge with moderate/heavy creasing

1cm edge tear / fold wear on the bottom of the left vertical fold (maybe a tiny piece worn away)
