This complete kit includes tail light, adapter bracket, hardware and instructions for easy mounting on FLT, FLHT, FXD, XL (1999 2011) and FLST (2000 2011) fenders, excluding FLSTS FLSTN FLSTSB. It can also be fitted directly to most 1984 1998 models. The adapter bracket can be used to fit other original 84 98 lights on
