To the left of of the targets is a row of fluorescent red flowers. The stark contrast between the neon of the flowers and the wispy colors of the targets creates a striking effect. Peter Gee was a British born artist who rose to prominence as part of the 60s pop art movement in New York. Before moving to Manhattan in 1962, Gee had
