Domaine Dupasquier 'Marestel' Roussette de Savoie, 2019 dry red light-medium bodyThis wine is made from 100% Altesse. Marestel (pronouced Ma reh tell) is Savoie's most prestigious vineyard, boasting steep, sun drenched slopes, on limestone soil. The wine is aged on the fine lees for 11 months in barrel, and is only released after two years in bottle. This is Dupasquier's richest and most age worthy bottling, but is certainly ready to be enjoyed now. Pair it with lighter meats and scalloped potatoes or homemade fondue, blended with
