Germany, Schutzpolizei. An Em/Nco’s Portepee United Republic of (1890 issue)(Schutzpolizei Portepee). A Schutzpolizei EM NCOs portepee, consisting of a stylized acorn constructed of silver aluminum wire and green threading, suspended from a black rayon blended strap, trimmed on each side with machine embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses around a central red threaded band, unmarked, measuring 240 mm in length as presented, in extremely fine condition.
